Mitchell Post #281
BBQ Cook-off
Each year, the American Legion Mitchell Post #281 holds a BBQ Cook-off to raise money, bring the community together, and crown a BBQ champion. Teams cook pork shoulder roasts and showcase their best dishes. A panel of judges and community votes decide the winner based on the dish's appearance, tenderness, and taste.
