2025 American Legion Mitchell Post #281 BBQ Cook-off

The members of Mitchell Post #281 are excited to announce the fifth annual American Legion BBQ Cook-off on August 30th at 4:00 p.m. Several BBQ fanatics have been invited to put their BBQ skills to the test, and we need your help to crown the winner! Meal tickets will be sold online and at the event, located at 1 Bateman Rd, for $55. Each meal ticket includes a tasting of each team's BBQ, a voting ticket, sides, and water, all while supplies last so please arrive promptly. Only 300 meal tickets will be sold on a first-come first-served basis. All profits go to Mitchell Post #281 and support its mission of providing service to Active Duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces, Veterans, their families, and the community.
